The ombudsman Diana Kovacheva insists to Georgi Lyubenov that the allowance for pensioners should be non-sequesterable. According to her, now many retirees do not receive this supplement at all because it goes to cover the accounts and debts of retirees and practically this supplement does not help the socially disadvantaged to survive.
And this, according to Kovacheva, should be one of the most important tasks for the new parliament.
