A paltry 264,000 viewers watched the last episode of Ruud & Olcay for better or for worse. The real life soap was far from exciting, but it did lead to a lot of hassle. Because Ruud de Wild and Olcay Gulsen became furious with Dutch celebrities who expressed themselves condescendingly or laughingly about their TV adventure. They seem to be able to live with Jan-with-the-cap’s disinterest, but the couple has experienced the criticism from fellow celebrities as a stab in the back.
