The A Talks: French Directors, Interviews with Celebrities, and the Polish Edition with Maciej Stuhr

“The a talks” is a project created by the most popular French film directors – Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano (responsible for, among others, the film “The Untouchables”). The premiere of the series took place in September last year. on TV France 2.

In each issue of the program, a group of journalists with autism spectrum disorders interview celebrities (actors, singers, TV presenters, politicians, athletes, etc.). Thanks to the conversation, viewers will get to know celebrities from a hitherto unknown side.

Currently, preparations are underway for the implementation of the Polish edition of the program, which has not yet been titled. It will be conducted by Maciej Stuhr, who plays, among others, in the series “Szdź” (his third series will be shown on TVN from September), and also from “Belfra” (the third season from September on Canal+). Shooting is due in October.

Polish “The a talks” from November on TVN

The premiere of the Polish version of “The a talks” will take place on TVN in November 2023. Golden Media Polska is responsible for the production of the program.

The original version of “The a talks” is hosted by Julien Bancilhon, a psychologist and editor-in-chief of “The Papotin” magazine (which publishes articles written by journalists with autism). In January, Emmanuel Macron, the president of France, appeared on the program. The episode with his participation was watched by 4.6 million viewers on France 2 (this translated into a 22.5% share of the station in the market).

Local versions of “The a talks” are to be created in, among others, Spain, Israel, Italy, Germany, Canada, Great Britain, Australia and Ireland.
