The original video was released in late 2019. Another user picked it up again and Elon Musk commented on this. “I think we could do it,” wrote the Tesla boss on Twitter. “Teslamag” had previously reported about it.
So far, Musk has not responded to questions from enthusiastic fans. The CEO had already confirmed on Twitter in April that the Cybertruck would be able to “swim for a while” at least. According to Musk, no water could penetrate the engine or exhaust of electric cars, and the electronics and electronics were included Tesla sealed.
