At the same time, the Russian Defense Ministry simply does not have enough army to do this. With these words, Khodakovsky completely repeats what Prigogine said back in April 2023.
According to the terrorist, Moscow will have to agree to a truce and at the same time live with Ukraine in a state of “neither peace, but not war either.” Analysts from Institute for the Study of War voiced the main theses on Khodakovsky’s post.
In his opinion, during the freezing of the conflict, Ukraine will be greatly weakened and then Moscow will be able to influence Kiev more than during active hostilities.
A number of Russian publics write that the Kremlin faction also holds the same opinion as Khodakovsky because of the fear of domestic political stability and the economic consequences of the war for the Russian Federation.
