The actress and singer dined together at Italian restaurant “Via Carota” in the West Village. The two friends were photographed arm in arm as they left the establishment. For this girls’ night out, they opted for casual looks. Sophie Turner wore gray pants matched with a sequinned low-cut top. Taylor Swift wore a red sweater dress, topped with a long denim jacket.

The artist and the actress now share a new thing in common: they are both Joe Jonas’ exes. On September 8, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner announced their divorce via an Instagram post: “After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to end our marriage,” we could read. The former spouses, however, did not specify the reason for their breakup. Together they had two daughters.

For her part, Taylor Swift dated Joe Jonas many years ago now. It was in July 2008 that the two stars began a relationship. After three months of romance, the couple separated. A brief story which, however, inspired Taylor Swift for one of her titles. In the song “Forever and Always”, the singer recounts her painful breakup with Nick Jonas’ brother. Some time later, Joe Jonas responded, also in song, with “Much Better”. The artist detailed his new relationship with Camilla Belle, describing it as “much better.”
The “Anti-Hero” singer takes advantage of the break from his “The Eras Tour” to go out with his friends. Earlier this week, she was seen with her longtime friend, Blake Lively. The two women had dined at the “Zero Bond” restaurant.
