The Chilean firm Tavolari Lawyersdedicated to highly complex litigation, announced the debut of its Strategic and Criminal Development areas.
The new practices will be in charge of Sink Tavolari Goycoolea y Jonatan Valenzuela Saldíasthe former being the one who will lead the strategic development area and Valenzuela who will lead the criminal law practice.
Tavolari is a graduate of the Valparaiso University and doctor of law from Freiburg University in Germany. She is a lawyer and member of the Supreme Court of Chile since 2021, referee of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago) and professor of procedural law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile. He arrived at Tavolari Abogados in 2000.
Valenzuela is a graduate of the University of Chile and a professor of procedural law there, with a doctorate in Law from the University of Gironamember lawyer, since 2022, of the Court of Appeals of San Miguel. He has served as an expert before the Inter-American Court of Human Rightswas a lawyer in the Public Criminal Defense Officedirector of Center for Justice Studies of the University of Chile and lawyer advisor in Chahuán Letelier Lledó. Valenzuela joined Tavolari Abogados in September of this year.
