Task Force 53 Attorney General’s Office (AGO) secured a prosecutor in the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati).
“Yes, it is true, the prosecutor is related to a disgraceful act. However, with the knowledge and permission of the NTT Kajati, the security was carried out,” said Head of Penkum and Public Relations of the NTT Prosecutor’s Office, Abdul Hakim, when confirmed, Tuesday (21/12).
He also clarified the previous news circulating among journalists that what happened in the area was a hand arrest operation (OTT) by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
“There is no OTT from the KPK, but it is secured [personel] from Task Force 53 of the Attorney General’s Office,” said Abdul Hakim.
He could not answer further when asked further about the identity of the prosecutor, the case that ensnared him, and the suspicion that other people were also detained in the OTT Task Force 53 of the AGO.
