Tag Heuer announced the other day that they are collaborating with Nintendo to make a Super Mario Edition Smartwatch, the site writes Engadget.
The watch will go on sale on July 15 and will cost around SEK 20,000. According to Tag Heuer, Mario’s facial expressions will be happier the more the wearer moves and when the alarm rings in the morning, Mario will greet you good morning. The clock also measures the number of steps and you get new animations when you have reached 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent of your daily steps.
The watch has four different dials with different looks, including a retro look that uses Super Mario from 1985 as a theme. The letter “M” is engraved and engraved on the case and bracelet, respectively.
The case is 45 millimeters, the weight is 86 grams (with bracelet). The watch is water resistant down to a depth of 50 meters. Tag Heuer promises that the 430mAh battery can last a full day of use. The operating system is Wear OS.
The watch is only manufactured in 2,000 copies, which will be available in selected stores and online from 15 July 2021.
