KOMPAS.com – Xiaomi just launched a cell phone line flagship The latest Xiaomi 12 series in Indonesia on Thursday (7/4/2022). There are two models released namely Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro
These two phones are the successors of the Xiaomi Mi 11 series line that Xiaomi released in the country in March 2021.
Of the two, Xiaomi 12 Pro is positioned as the top model because it carries specification which is higher than the “regular” Xiaomi 12.
The reason is, the Xiaomi 12 Pro is equipped with a bigger screen, a more capable camera, and a bigger battery with technology fast charging which is faster anyway.

For screen specifications, the Xiaomi 12 Pro uses a 6.73-inch AMOLED panel with a WQHD + resolution (3,200 x 1,440 pixels), adaptive refresh rate 1-120 Hz, as well touch sampling rate 480 Hz.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro screen also supports brightness levels (brightness) maximum up to 1,500 nits, 20:9 aspect ratio, 522 ppi pixel density, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protective glass.
Not to forget, the Xiaomi 12 Pro AMOLED screen also supports an under-screen fingerprint scanner (in-display fingerprint).
On the top center of the screen, there is a punch hole that contains a selfie camera with a resolution of 32 MP (f / 2.45).
While on the back, now, the Xiaomi 12 Pro is equipped with three 50 MP rear cameras arranged vertically in a rectangular module.
The three rear cameras consist of a 50 MP (f/1.9) main (wide) camera, a 50 MP (f/2.2, 115-degree) ultra-wide camera, and a 50 MP (f/1.9) telephoto camera.

The chip, which is built with a 4nm fabrication process, has a CPU octa-core which offers speeds of up to 3.0 GHz. In addition, the chip is also paired with the Adreno 730 GPU to process the graphics displayed on the cellphone screen.
The chipset is paired with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of media storage. Users cannot expand storage because this smartphone does not provide a microSD slot.
Xiaomi 12 Pro already runs the Android 12 operating system which is covered by the MIUI 13 interface. This phone is supported by a 4,600 mAh battery that supports the “120 Watt HyperCharge” technology.
When charging with mode boost, Xiaomi 12 Pro is claimed to only take 18 minutes to fully charge up to 100 percent. While in standard charging mode, the phone is claimed to be fully charged in 24 minutes.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro also supports 50 watt wireless charging, where the phone is said to be fully charged in 42 minutes.
