Aldi Switzerland does not currently offer disinfectants. “They are not part of our standard range, but are only sold occasionally as promotional items”.

Also shopping for canned goods and pasta

As for Lidl Switzerland, “a significant increase in demand for long-life products (such as canned goods or pasta) or disinfectant products” has been noted. The company claims to have “currently enough goods in our warehouses”.

The subsidiary of the German discount giant believes that it is “doing everything to guarantee the continuous supply of foodstuffs” and having increased the number of deliveries to the subsidiaries.
