Police suspect a man killed his ex-girlfriend’s new partner after finding them together in a Brooklyn home early Saturday morning.
The 31-year-old suspect was arrested after authorities indicated that he shot his ex-partner’s new boyfriend, also 31, in the head at around 12:15 p.m. in a house in the neighborhood of Bensonhurstsaid the police.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not publicly released pending notification of the family. The woman was not physically harmed.
No charges have been filed. Police said they recovered a gun at the scene and the investigation is continuing.
