Survivors of plane collisions, selfie photos of passengers inundated with criticism

A plane reportedly crashed while on the takeoff field. He was in an accident, but the passengers survived.

Reported by AFP extension, a plane of the LATAM airline had an accident. This aircraft took off at Jorge Chavez International Airport, Peru.

A total of 102 passengers in the plane are all safe. Cabin crew is the same.

In the midst of the evacuation, there were two passengers who didn’t want to miss an opportunity to take selfies. The faces of both male and female passengers were still covered in fire foam.

They were seen smiling against the backdrop of a half-destroyed plane. Fire foam can be seen throughout the fuselage.

Their tweets went viral and were criticized. Because unbeknownst to them, two officers had lost their lives.

From circulating video footage, the plane took off at full speed. But suddenly there was also a fireman speeding towards the plane.

Collision is inevitable. After the collision, the aircraft continued to move forward dragging its starboard side along the runway. Flames and puffs of smoke appeared. The rear of the aircraft was badly burned with several parts broken off.

Unfortunately, the two firefighters who were in the car were killed. The two officers are members of the LAP Aviation Fire Brigade.

Peru’s LATAM director general, Manuel van Oordt, said he was surprised that firefighters were on the runway because the plane’s pilot had not reported any anomaly.

“No emergencies were reported on the flight, it was a flight in prime conditions to take off, it had clearance to take off. All of a sudden a truck was on the runway and we had no idea what this truck was doing there,” he said at a press conference.
