Almost half or 47% of the population believe that the government’s action regarding the procedure for starting full-time studies in schools has not been timely enough, according to a survey conducted by the research company Kantar TNS.
Meanwhile, 37% of Latvians aged 18 to 60 believe that the government’s decisions on the arrangements for starting full-time education in schools have been timely enough.
The remaining 16% do not have a specific opinion on this issue.
The Kantar survey was conducted by surveying 800 people aged 18-60 across Latvia via the Internet.
