VLISSINGEN – In the new judicial complex in Vlissingen, not only will a second Extra Secure Facility (EBI) be built, but the judiciary will also house criminals who are too light for an EBI, but too heavy for a regular prison. There is room for a total of 222 ‘heavy boys’.
