How to protect yourself?
Sometimes it is enough from the rays of the sun on a beautiful clear day to cause an overproduction of melanin and therefore trigger this phenomenon in pregnant women from the 4th month of pregnancy. It is therefore important to protect your skin as well as possible. To do this :
– Do not expose yourself to the sun between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
– Wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect your neck and face, a prime spot for spots, and sunglasses that effectively protect the eyes and their outline;
– Apply every two hours a high index sunscreen, as neutral as possible (without perfume, alcohol, preservative), especially on the face and neck, the area above the birth of the chest, back of knees, stomach and breasts. Sun protection is imperative, even under an umbrella;
– In the evening, use a pigment stain prevention cream.
