New York ∙ Kottayam-Pallam Poiyakara Sunny David (79) passed away in New York. The deceased had lived a quiet life in Glen Oaks, New York for his last few years and came to America in 1984. He conducted business on Long Island. Seaford is a parishioner of CSI. Wife Piari Preeti (pharmacist) and Preeja (all state insurance) are children. Grandchildren: Matthew Joshua (New York State Department of Finance), Joel George (New York City Transportation Engineer). Grandchildren Jaimie, Jaycee, Jayden, Jimmy, Kaitlyn and Aaron.
A public display will be held at the CSI Malayalam Congregation of Greater New York Church in Seaford (3833 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford, NY 11783) on Friday, December 2, 5-9 PM and a memorial service will be held at the same church Saturday, December 3 from 9 to 10:30 Burial Saturday at 11:30 at All Saints Cemetery, Great Neck (All Saints Cemetery, 855 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, NY 11024).
