No, it’s not Vic Mackey. A police official from the narcotics brigade of Metz was indicted Friday, in particular for drug trafficking and corruption, we learned from the prosecution.
The police officer “was indicted for drug trafficking, corruption, misappropriation of file data, misappropriation of seals, violation of the secrecy of the investigation and of the investigation and disclosure of information relating to an investigation”, specified the public prosecutor Christian Mercuri.
The police officer was arrested on Monday and taken into custody. The suspect, aged about forty, was placed under judicial supervision with the obligation to reside outside the department and prohibition to practice. An investigation was launched by the General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN) in Metz.
