The second opus on “Wonder Woman” with leading actress Gal Gadot puts in place despite mixed reviews (Link) the most successful film start of the Corona era. In addition, over half of the 13 million subscribers to the HBO streaming platform, which “Wonder Woman 1984” shows exclusively in the USA, showed interest. The production company Warner Media is so enthusiastic about the success that a third episode about Diana Prince and her golden lasso should now be shot with priority. However, it remains unclear when exactly the film will start. Because Gadot will initially play the leading role in a blockbuster about Cleopatra, while director Patty Jenkins is responsible for a Star Wars film scheduled for early 2023. Wonder Woman fans can experience their heroine in a sequel to the Justice League series as early as 2021. Zack Snyder is responsible for this as director.
