MARKET REVIEW. The New York Stock Exchange was close to equilibrium on Monday at the start of the session after closing in on its highs late last week in a market still worried about signs of economic recovery.
The clues
In Toronto, the S&P/TSX took 12 points, or 0.06%, to 20,041 points.
In New York, the S&P 500 stagnated at 4,230 points.
The Dow Jones gleaned 46 points, or 0.13%, at 34,802 points.
The Nasdaq yielded 13 points, or 0.1%, to 13,800 points.
