Stock indices in the US fell at the end of today’s session; Dow Jones Industrial Average down 1.11%

Investing.com – US equities fell at the close on Monday as indicators were lower and sector losses,.

At the end of trading in New York, it closed 1.11% and hit an all-time low in 52 weeks, while it weakened by 1.03% and fell 0.60%.

The biggest gains of the day were Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE :), which were up 0.96% or 1.25 points and traded at 131.31 at close. As for the weaker performance at the end of today’s trading, the share of Cos Travelers Company (NYSE 🙂 closed lower at 3.14% or 4.88 points and at close it was trading at levels of 150.60 . Arrow Boeing Co (NYSE 🙂 decreased 2.99% or 3.92 points to reach a price of 127.34, while the share of Chevron Corp (NYSE 🙂 closed lower at 2.63% or 3.81 points at 140.96.

The best performance of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index was instead recorded by Wine Resorts Ltd (NASDAQ :), which rose 11.99% to a price of 66.80, Las Vegas sands (NYSE 🙂 continued to rise 11.81% and closed at 39.66 levels, as did Costco Wholesale Corp (NASDAQ 🙂 stake, which grew 2.98% and closed its trading at 480.30.

Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention the company’s stock Network of dishes Corp (NASDAQ :), which fell 6.12% to 14.27, AES Corp (NYSE 🙂 which lost 5.48% to 22.96, and Halliburton Corporation (NYSE :), which weakened by 5.17% and closed at a price of 23.31 today on the stock exchange.

The best performance of the Nasdaq index was instead recorded by the stock LAVA Therapeutics NV (NASDAQ :), which rose 97.50% to 4.74, DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd (NASDAQ 🙂 continued its bias at 40.98% and closed at 0.45, as did the share of Panbela Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ 🙂 which tilted towards 25.96% and closed at 0.34 .

Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention the company’s stock Powerbridge Technologies Co Ltd (NASDAQ :), which lost 68.57% to 0.50, Scienjoy Holding Corp (NASDAQ :), which lost 43.77% to 1.67, and Snow Lake Resources Ltd (NASDAQ :), which weakened by 40.88% and closed at 1.88 on today’s trading session.

The number of decliners exceeded the number of stocks that closed higher on the New York Stock Exchange with 2648 versus 538, while 131 remained unchanged. As for the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, 2605 of the shares fell and 1254 of the shares strengthened its position, while 250 of the shares held their value.

Shares of DISH Network Corp (NASDAQ 🙂 fell to an all-time low and continued to fall towards 6.12% or 0.93 points, to trade at 14.27. Shares of Scienjoy Holding Corp (NASDAQ 🙂 fell to an all-time low, falling 43.77% or 1.30 to 1.67. Shares of Snow Lake Resources Ltd (NASDAQ 🙂 fell to an all-time low and continued to fall towards 40.88%, or 1.30 points, at a price of 1.88.
