Still, Ninova is the head of parliament

Former chairwoman Iva Miteva annoyed Slavi with solo talks

The quotas for ministerial seats were variable

BSP leader Cornelia Ninova is the most likely head of the 47th parliament.

This is confirmed by those familiar with the course of the talks between the future partners from “We continue the change”, BSP, “There is such a people” and “Democratic Bulgaria”.

The initial information was that the post was agreed between ITN and PP for Iva Miteva, who chaired the two short 45th and 46th meetings. As such, she had a good dialogue with Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev while they were caretaker ministers, and fell into their circle of “honest.”

However, acquaintances revealed that Miteva was conducting solo negotiations for the post of chief of the National Assembly and this made Slavi Trifonov nervous. At the same time, the ITN leader is negotiating with Petkov and Vassilev for members of the government, and the distribution of key seats in parliament goes hand in hand with ministerial seats. Thus, Miteva can become head of the legal commission, in which he was an expert for years, before entering politics.

8 ministerial seats for the PP, 4 for the BSP, 3 for the ITN and 2 for the DB – this formula for the distribution of posts in the future government was first pointed out by the socialist Rumen Gechev. She claims that she was coordinated with Petkov and Vassilev, and the other parties had no objections.

Before “24 Hours”, however, the other forces challenged the formula – shifts were possible

BSP and ETC yes have the same number of ministers

And the 8 seats for the winning party could go separately, not counting the two caretaker ministers with invitations to stay.

The final formula will become clear only after the management program of the future cabinet is signed, which the parties are still refining.

For now, the Minister of Education Nikolay Denkov and the Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov, at this stage of the PP quota, point out that they will be sure to remain from the official team of all parties.

The BSP is firmly against giving a quota for caretaker minister, explained its deputy chief Christian Vigenin.

A third safe person of the PP is Asen Vassilev for Minister of Finance. However, it is still unclear whether Kiril Petkov will be prime minister. He continued to think about the option for the official Stefan Yanev to stay and for Petkov to head the Ministry of Economy again.

Some sources talk about tensions on the topic of foreign minister. PP insists that diplomat №1 become Daniel Lorer, but the intrigue states that the Reds launched Vigenin, who was the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Oresharski’s cabinet. “So far we have not commented on such a thing,” Vigenin himself denied. It is most logical for him

BSP to receive the social

ministry because this policy is a priority for the left. But he assures that the departments have not been commented on yet.

According to Positano sources, the Reds also liked the Ministries of Education and Economy, but their chances of getting them are slim.

Although name talks are yet to come, Slavi Trifonov was already secure for two ministries – youth and sports and culture. Radostin Vassilev is nominated for Minister of Sports, who was also nominated for the post in the draft cabinet of ITN. Before entering politics, Vassilev was best known in sports circles. His career as a lawyer began with CSKA, where he managed to save millions for the club, and already from his own office he defended the interests of many native stars such as Kiril Despodov and Spas Delev, he advised the federations of swimming, badminton and volleyball.

He will probably be Minister of Culture

the opera singer Georgi Sultanov, who is a grandson on the actor Peter Slabakov

and nephew of the director and MEP from IMRO Andrei Slabakov. The tenor was also a proposal for this position in the ITN’s draft cabinet. He headed the party’s negotiating team in the Culture sector and made proposals to preserve the liberal professions. His biography shows that he has worked with all music institutes in our country, as well as with the orchestras of the Bulgarian National Radio and the Sofia Philharmonic.

However, it was possible for the Minister of Culture of ITN to propose the screenwriter and poet Ivaylo Valchev, who resigned from his seat after being elected by his native Burgas. Some have already read this as a sign of preparation for a position in the government, because he is the deputy head of the ITN as Toshko Yordanov, but the latter did not vacate his seat in the National Assembly.

Among the ministries that are expected to head Slavi’s people is agriculture. The expert Plamen Abrovski voted for the post. He was also among the nominees for ministers in the showman’s draft cabinet, heading the agriculture committee in the 46th National Assembly.

Abrovski was a legal adviser at the Food Agency, worked at the Ministry of Agriculture during the time of Miroslav Naydenov and is well acquainted with European legislation in the agriculture sector.

At least 2 posts go to “Democratic Bulgaria”. If not the Minister of Ecology, the resigned co-chair of the Green Movement Borislav Sandov will be

Deputy Prime Minister on the climate,

learn “24 hours”. And will be responsible for the implementation of the Green Deal.

The second safe ministry for the DB is the Ministry of Justice. The PP has already made a proposal to Hristo Ivanov to take over the post again and to make the radical judicial reform, which he has been talking about for years.

The decision is entirely in his hands. His hesitation stems from him taking responsibility for the DB’s low result in the November 14 election and resigning as leader. That is why the minister could be the lawyer of the coalition Nadezhda Yordanova, who was the head of Ivanov’s cabinet.

If DB gets a third seat, it is expected to be the Ministry of Health, and the best choice is the pulmonologist Alexander Simidchiev, who headed the health commission in the 45th National Assembly.
