On Friday evening, two cars collided along the road from Mons to Ville-Pommeroeul. Two young women have died.

A little before 9 p.m. this Friday, a Peugeot registered in France was traveling on the road from Mons (RN50) to Ville-Pommeroeul, in the entity of Bernissart. It was carrying five people: a 13-year-old teenager, a younger child and three ladies, two of whom would be cousins.
A Belgian driver who, according to initial information, was overtaking them head-on.
Help is quickly on site. There was unfortunately nothing more to do to the 35-year-old passenger who was killed instantly. Stephanie (photo), the 39-year-old driver, was transported to CHwapi in critical condition. She sadly passed away in the evening.
The other injured in the accident were all distributed to various hospitals in the region: at the Saint-Joseph clinic and the Ambroise Paré hospital in Mons.
The Belgian driver was also taken care of.
