Stéphane De Groodt: his celebrity jams

The actor embarks on a new adventure. That of jam, and more precisely of the Confinure. The concept ? Family recipes graciously offered by her star friends, Carole Bouquet, Dany Boon, André Dussollier and Virginie Efira – to name just a few -, produced and produced by the chocolatier Pierre Marcolini. All this to support an association, Rêve de cinema, which brings the seventh art to the bedside of sick children who no longer have the possibility of going to dark rooms. He tells us.

Paris Match. How did this project get started ?
Stéphane De Groodt. For the past few months, I found that everyone was giving their opinion wrongly and through on the crisis we were going through. I no longer wanted to express myself, but I wanted to help others. It is the first time that I have developed a charitable project. The Rêve de cinema association stood out as obvious since at the time of the deconfinement, I realized that sick children remained confined all year round.

Carole Bouquet offered me a recipe with passion fruit

Why is each jar named after a star?
When I called Carole Bouquet to tell her about my idea, she was immediately ready and offered me a recipe with passion fruit. The tone was set. I even received a text from Dany Boon’s mom with her rhubarb jam recipe.

As a child, what relationship did you have with cinema?
It was the actors more than the films that marked me. I wanted to become a racing driver because I wanted to be one of these modern day knights, but not really for racing. I was happy to have my helmet and my suit, I could almost be satisfied with it. It already projected me into a character.
