On the road circuit of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Alexander Rossi returned to victory. It had been more than three years since the resident of the Andretti Autosport team had tasted the joys of victory.
This weekend the INDYCAR will be in the streets of Nashville for the second edition of the Music City Grand Prix. After an inaugural edition, in 2021, marked by many hiccups, INDYCAR will be keen to do better.
NASCAR was also on the Indianapolis side. Tyler Reddick grabs a second victory this season, but at the end of the race it is, once again, Ross Chastain who stood out. The Trackhouse Racing driver preferred to go through the loophole of turn n°1 in order to avoid the carnage and thus gain positions. The officials finally penalized the driver of the #1 Chevrolet.
This weekend the NASCAR takes the direction of the Michigan International Speedway. Austin Hill will make his NASCAR Cup Series debut at the wheel of the #33 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet. As for Kyle Busch, he is still in the dark when it comes to the 2023 season.
