The town hall of Sos-Gueyze-Meylan has decided to make a charming decoration on the main square of Sos, to give an air of celebration in the face of the ambient gloom. The world is enduring this pandemic in difficult circumstances. Our elders no longer see their families living in another region, they feel abandoned since there are no longer the handshakes and hugs before. This year, the municipality has innovated by adding on the Place de Sos, in front of the Christmas tree, four reindeer and a beautiful sleigh filled with gifts. This year the town hall will no longer decorate the streets, leaving everyone the choice of decorating their home. For this, the villagers of Sos, Gueyze and Meylan are offered a decoration competition. Participants must register at the town hall so that the jury can see their decorations (obviously visible from the public highway). Everyone had a registration form in their mailbox. Once completed, this registration form must be left at the town hall of Sos. The town hall will reward all participants, in each category. 5 winners will be awarded for the 3 categories: 2 for windows and balconies, 2 for front doors, 1 for shop windows.
