(Seoul = Yonhap News) Journalist Bae Jin-nam = Son Heung-min (30, Tottenham Hotspur) paid homage to the deceased, mourning the sudden death of his coach, which helped him escape the crisis.

On the afternoon of 6 (Korean time), Son Heung-min uploaded a photo of him hugging Tottenham physical coach Jean Piero Ventrone on his social networking service (SNS), and posted an article starting with ” The world has lost a very special person. “

Son Heung-min said: “Jean Pierrot, you helped me in the most difficult times and we had great memories together. I will miss him so much.”

“Thank you for everything”, he added, “I send all my love to you and your family”.

On the same day, Tottenham Hotspur announced the death of coach Ventrone.

The club did not disclose the cause, but local media reported that the cause of death was leukemia.

Manager Ventrone arrived at Tottenham in November last year as part of manager Antonio Conte, who took the helm.

Previously, he played in Juventus, Catania (Italy), Jiangsu Suning, Guangzhou Hengda (China) and Ajaccio (France). He also participated in the 2006 World Cup in Germany as a coach of the Italian national team.

Manager Bentrone has earned a reputation among Tottenham players for his intense physical training.

When Tottenham went to Korea for a pre-season tour in July, coach Ventrone accompanied the team and performed in “Hell Training”.

His relationship with Heung-Min Son was also special.

Heung-Min Son scored his first goal of the season and a hat-trick in the game against Leicester City last month, breaking the silence of the goal.

After the game, Son Heung-min said: “Coach Ventrone, who has the wisdom of life, is a person who gives me a lot of good advice.”
