A bitter curse was heard during the briefing of the Crisis Headquarters in Varna. The briefing was given by the regional governor Stoyan Pasev and the director of RHI-Varna Dr. Dochka Mihailova. On several occasions during the briefing, a stern sideways female voice was heard, trying to bring order to the clearly broken discipline.
“Excuse me, can you keep quiet that the district governor is talking. Eeee, his mother is old,” reads the ultimatum of a woman who is apparently participating in a briefing with journalists and is worried and nervous about the noise coming from downstairs. Then the same stern voice forbids a woman who is banging her heels on the stairs to make a noise. You can hear the blooming expression after 4:00.
