“But – yes, we are moving at a slow pace. For the reason that we did not m * rock – we will not wipe settlements off the face of the earth, lay down thousands of our civilians and military,” Makaruk said.
Indicative, in his opinion, are the battles for Severodonetsk and Lysichansk, when the Armed Forces of Ukraine saved their personnel by retreating to previously prepared positions. The enemy suffered significant losses there and still cannot move away from them. The fighter emphasized that during those battles, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed three tank battalions of the invaders, which did not allow them to capture anything else important in the strategic plan.
