For example, in Paris, it’s compulsory. Afterwards, we show great tolerance. As proof, since the start of these measures, only six people have been fined, who moreover had done everything to be. We are above all in pedagogy. And we can congratulate ourselves that in Thionvile, the inhabitants overwhelmingly respect the instructions. We are not here to annoy people, everyone has to live.
