Do you take last season as your best in the Czech top competition?
Probably yes. I always try to work hard for the team and improve myself every day. All the guys on the team are great. They help me a lot both on and off the field. Thanks to them, it is much easier for me to give good performances. The trust shown to me by the coaches is also very important. I am very happy to be part of such a team.
You scored eleven goals, but scored only four. Aren’t you sorry there weren’t more?
I’m not sorry. I don’t set the number of goals or assists I should score. I’m just happy when we finish in the first place. I’m more happy when a teammate scores a goal after my pass than when I score it. After all, it’s not about who scores or passes. It’s just about the team every day and that we have to win, no matter what happens.

I think a lot of good, very high quality players came to us in the summer. We will definitely be stronger with them now, they will no doubt help us.

Above all, I want us to play it again. When we qualify for the group, then we’ll see who we play against. But if I had to choose one team, I would like to play against Liverpool.
