Minamino regrets in the midst of Liverpool’s Champions Euphoria

Jakarta

Liverpool still in a state of joy after ending his 30 year wait for the title Premier League. But Takumi Minamino admit to have a few regrets.

Minamino was brought in by Liverpool from RB Salzburg in January at a cost of 7.25 million pounds. Liverpool is the next step in the Japanese player’s career after five seasons in Austria.

The 25-year-old is predicted to be a good option in the Liverpool squad for Juergen Klopp. During five years playing at Salzburg, Minamino contributed with 64 goals and 44 assists in 199 appearances in all competitive competitions.

It was this contribution case that made Minamino end the 2019/2020 season with a little disappointment. Although he was happy to be able to share in the joy of Liverpool’s success in winning the Premier League, he was disappointed that he was not able to record goals or assists.

Minamino has made 14 appearances for Liverpool since January, with 10 of them in the Premier League.

“We can win the league and I’m very happy to feel that. But I also want to get goals or assists,” said the player who plays as an attacking midfielder or wing.

“I really pay attention to these two things. So yes, it is very unfortunate that I could not fulfill that wish,” added Minamino as reported. Metro.
