Law enforcers identified the killer who, on August 3, committed a contract murder in the Malinovsky district of Odessa in the middle of the day. This is a 28-year-old citizen of Georgia Yelmuraz Mamedov. Ironically, he shares the victim’s last name, but is not a relative of the victim. The motives for the murder have also become known.
