A woman is born with a rare condition, occurring in only one in a million, in which her shoulders can meet due to a lack of collarbones.

Danielle Lewis, 33, lives in Cannock, Staffordshire, and has suffered since birth from cranial dysplasia, a rare genetic condition that affects the teeth and bones and can affect the spine, skull, collarbones and legs.

Lewis had no collarbones, which caused quite a stir on social media when he showed off his ability to apply shoulders together.

Lewis said only 17 families in the world have this gene and they all meet once a year, adding, “My family learned as soon as I was born that I had cranial dysplasia and was also born without a collarbone, and this condition. it also affected my height which is only 4 feet, I also suffer from joint pain, short extremities and bulging forehead.

Lewis is married and has 3 children, Robbie Angel, 13, Lily Grace, 12, and Max Thomas, 6, who have all inherited this rare condition.

“People are so shocked when they see us push our backs together, it’s not every day that we see someone who can do it, and they always want to try it for themselves because they think they’ll be able to do it too, and that makes us laugh.” Lewis explained.

She continued: “I wish my kids didn’t inherit this gene because I was bullied at times during my childhood, this condition also affects my teeth and I had to have surgery when she was 11 to have all my teeth removed. and wait for the new teeth to come out, but now I have crooked teeth. “

She stressed: “Over the years my skin has thickened and now I don’t care what people think of me and I want my kids to live a free and happy life and not feel like me.”
