Shark Bites and Deflates Boat During Sardine Run Off the Coast of South Africa

Travelers watched the run of sardines.

A shark has bitten through an inflatable boat during a chaotic swim in South Africa.

About it writes ladbible.com.

Emily Kerse was on a boat off the coast of Chinta when the shark decided to make itself felt.

Cairse and her comrades went on a boat to watch the so-called sardine run, when all the fish migrate south, and hungry predators, including sharks, swim after them.

At one point, the shark surfaced when the boat was over the bait, a phenomenon where fish form a giant ball to shield themselves from predators.

Fortunately, the boat did not sink and those on board were able to return safely to land.

Emily said: “There are so many wild animals you can see while hunting for sardines, including whales, dolphins, penguins, sharks and sea turtles. However, this time the shark got too close. It blew our boat away and we were all a little worried that the whole boat would sink, but luckily only a small part deflated and we were able to get back to shore. We had to make our way back to shore very slowly to keep the boat from sinking.Despite the troubling moment, it was strange to watch the chaos of the sardine escape.Dolphins, whales and the sharks surrounded us and fed on the bait that was under our boat. It was very strange to see all the wildlife nearby.”

Recall that a 68-year-old woman made an emergency landing aircraft whose pilot lost consciousness. The incident took place in the USA.
