NEW YORK – Authorities reported a shooting in Brooklyn on Saturday afternoon. Videos from the Citizen app show a chaotic scene with multiple NYPD patrol cars and ambulances.
According to the preliminary police report, the incident occurred at around 4:16 pm on Saturday, at 574 Warren Street in the Gowanus neighborhood, and at least four people were shot.
The injured, four men aged 21, 23, 25 and 38, were transported to hospitals in the area and are expected to survive, authorities announced.
The alleged gunman apparently fled in a red Sedan car and it is not clear if the victims were the target of the shooting.
