By the Panel of Judges at the Medan District Court, the 29-year-old woman was found not guilty and declared free from the charges of the Public Prosecutor (JPU).
“Release the defendant (Febi Just Amelia) from the indictment and restore the defendant’s rights in his position, dignity and dignity, “said the Chief Justice Sri Wahyuni in the Medan State Court (PN), Tuesday (6/10/2020).
According to Sri, his party stated that the defendant Febi Nur Amelia was acquitted because he was not proven guilty of defamation, as accused by Fitriani Manurung.
