A cyclist falls drunk from a bike in Senden and injures himself. He had almost two per mille in his blood.
A cyclist injured himself in a fall in Senden. As the
police reports, officials were called to an injured person in Freudenegger Strasse on Saturday evening. On the spot, the police found out what had happened: The injured man was riding his bike on Freudenegger Strasse in the direction of Hauptstrasse in Senden. When turning into Maderholzweg, the 36-year-old took the curve too tight and fell off his bike.
The sender had almost two per thousand in the blood
Since the officers noticed a clear smell of alcohol in the 36-year-old, a voluntary breath alcohol test was carried out. The test showed a value of 1.94 per mille, which is why a blood sample was also taken from the man.
The man suffered several grazes on his face and a laceration on his chin from the fall. The police are now investigating for drunkenness in traffic. (THE)
