This decline is in line with global economic conditions and Indonesia which is experiencing a slowdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In addition, recurring income was recorded to be lower due to Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) which were in full effect for about two and a half months.

Director of PT Metropolitan Land Tbk Olivia Surodjo said that our housing project was also affected by the PSBB.

Hermina Cibitung Hospital is built on an area of ​​6,000 square meters with a total of 6 floors and 150 beds.

The hospital, which is targeted to open in 2021, is expected to be one of the facilities that can be used by residents in the Metland Cibitung area.

Despite delaying project development, MTLA is still continuing to market residential projects such as Metland Menteng which is currently marketing the Jura Type B Plus cluster with 3 bedrooms and a building area of ​​70 square meters.

Likewise with the lower middle house in Metland Cileungsi, MTLA is still marketing the Lava type residence with 2 rooms and a building area of ​​46 square meters.

Then the new type at Metland Puri which will be launched in October, and finally Metland Cibitung.
