On Sunday, in the main event, participants will be given five hours of control time to win three laps and reach the RBE2020 finish. The distance is about 60 km long, divided into three circles. The celebration of St. Mary’s Day in Latvian traditions is offered by the Pastariņš Museum on Saturday, August 15 from 1 p.m.. This weekend – The Balloon and Grill Festival will take place in Kandava from August 14 to 16 for all three days. It is planned that 10 to 12 balloon crews from Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus will take part in it. During the event, several balloon demonstration flights are planned both in the morning and in the evening, as well as balloon shining and a burner show on Friday evening.
