At a heavy one-hour press conference at the National Investigation Service with the participation of the chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev, recordings from flash drives found in connection with an investigation against two persons were released.
During the investigative actions carried out in the properties of the accused D.G. you, too. a list of names of magistrates – investigators, prosecutors and judges who were the subject of threats was discovered.
From the recordings, about 15 in number, dialogues can be heard mainly by Krasimir Kamenov-Kuro, including with a journalist from BIRD. It is commented on how Boyko Borisov was ready to betray Geshev because he would be the next one to be sanctioned under Magnitsky, for the PP and the DB, how Tony Perfume was Assen’s man, for Kircho and Asencho, Boboka, etc.
The conclusion of the prosecutor’s office was that there was an organized attack against her by persons from various public spheres, including with funding from “Tseco from Belgrade”, who everyone knew who he was – according to Geshev.
On the occasion of the mention of political forces such as PP and DB and after being asked whether the prosecutor’s office does not interfere in the election campaign, the chief prosecutor denied any such interference, explaining that he does not know what these initials mean.
It was not clear whether the recordings were made with special intelligence means. The spokesperson of the prosecutor’s office, Siika Mileva, explained that they cannot say that. She reiterated that the recordings were found on flash drives during a search.
At the moment, there is the pre-trial proceedings, initiated on September 14, 2022 after receiving a secret report from security services. It is about an organized crime group formed to obtain income from criminal activity, money laundering and tax crimes.
However, there was an assessment to separate the materials from other pre-trial proceedings concerning a possibly organized criminal group for trade with influence and possession of narcotic substances in large quantities for the purpose of distribution.
A large part of the materials was classified information, and there were data on threats against a public figure involved in publishing and media.
Two persons have been charged. One is T.I. – for extortion and possession of narcotic substances for the purpose of distribution. He had a “signature” remand. However, he left the country. A decision was pending as to whether he should be declared a statewide wanted man.
The second defendant was D.G. – for possession of drugs with the purpose of distribution. He was under a measure of “detention in custody”, taken by the Sofia City Court. Appeal proceedings before the Court of Appeals-Sofia are pending.
An envelope containing a white envelope with printed text in Bulgarian, along with two flash drives, was found and seized in the apartment occupied by D.G., explained Siika Mileva.
The text read as follows: “Hello, we have unlimited funding from Ceco from Belgrade for Geshev. He is taking on the lobbyists from the States. Curo is also there and Ovidiu from Switzerland. They said they also sent you material. Sales material from Zurich.
It’s important to find people to scream against Cascetta. We will have say what. Kokorcho’s Tony Perfume is also looking for incriminating material and will help. Then our people will take over from the States to finish it. There are more radical options, but for now this is how we operate.

The prosecutor’s office announced that there are 15 recordings and they contain conversations between a total of five people.
