Over 8 billion cubic meters of gas was delivered via the Trans-Adriatic gas pipeline last year
The European Commission invited the EU countries to replace Russian gas Azerbaijani. The increase in the supply of “blue fuel” requires Azerbaijan to increase production.

“The parties aim to support bilateral trade in natural gas, including through exports to the European Union, via the Southern Gas Corridor, in the amount of at least 20 billion cubic meters of gas annually by 2027 in accordance with commercial feasibility and market demand,” the message says. .
Last year, more than 8 billion cubic meters of Azerbaijani gas was delivered to Europe through the Trans-Adriatic gas pipeline. Increasing gas supplies to European countries will require Azerbaijan to expand gas production.
