Samsung officially announced the launch of the Galaxy A22 5G in India on July 23. The 4G version is already available in the subcontinent, and the A22 5G was initially unveiled in early June.
Besides 5G support, the phone has a 6.6 inch 1080 × 2400 90Hz TFT display, MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset at the bar, 4/6/8 GB of RAM, 64 / 128 GB of expandable storage, a triple rear camera system (48 MP main, 5 MP ultra-wide, 2 MP deep), an 8 MP selfie snapper and a 5,000 mAh battery with a 15 W charge It runs Android 11 with One UI Core 3.1 on top.

According to a rumor from a few days ago, it should be priced at INR 19,999 ($ 268 or € 227 at current exchange rates) if you get it with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, while if you want the same amount of storage but 8GB of RAM, you’ll have to shell out 21,999 INR ($ 295 or € 250).
Obviously, pricing is yet to be confirmed, but there are only a few days left until the official reveal, so we’ll know for sure.
