There are several reports of the illegal person who asks for two euros from anyone who fills the bottles or buckets with water for the flowers brought by family members of the deceasedwhich operates on the days of greatest access to the centre.

«Last Sunday, Palm Sunday, she went to the cemetery to visit my father – to assert CL thirty year old from Salerno who reported the matter -. His tomb is near the first entrance. I then went up to the fountain near the second gate, which I had been told provided water regularly. The young woman adds: «There was a gentleman with some water cans, but I didn’t linger too long. I filled the bucket and was about to leave, when a “guy” called me and asked me for two euros for filling the bucket with water at the municipal fountain.
