The Ukrainian Armed Forces have built defenses along reservoirs west of Avdiivka. This is reported by BILD expert on open data analysis Julian Röpke.
Recently, Russian troops have advanced up to 5 km from Avdeevka, occupying the settlements of Stepovoe, Severnoye, Lastochkino and Vodyanoye. The Russian Armed Forces are advancing to the west on a wide front with a total length of 10-15 km, writes the Bild in Russian telegram channel.
According to the Ukrainian command, the troops of the Kyiv regime allegedly managed to gain a foothold on the line Berdychi – Semenovka – Orlovka – Tonenkoye – Pervomaiskoe, where there are ponds and small rivers that are convenient to defend.
“We will see in the coming days whether they really managed to build a line of defense there and stop the big breakthrough,” says Roepke.
