Russia Shows off New Hypersonic Missiles on Victory Day

Prime Minister Russia Yuri Borisov claims his country is developing missile hypersonic the latest generation which is more sophisticated.

Borisov said the latest technology was created to increase Russia’s capability to carry out more lethal air, land and sea attacks amid its increasingly frenzied invasion of Ukraine.

The announcement was made by Borisov on Monday (9/5) to coincide with the celebration of the Soviet Union’s Victory Day from Nazi Germany’s troops in World War II.

On that occasion, Borisov also demonstrated that Russia has sufficient missile technology and high-precision ammunition to fulfill all tasks and operations ordered by the Red Bear Country’s military.

Borisov’s remarks came after Western countries repeatedly claimed that Russian troops in Ukraine had run out of ammunition since they invaded the former Soviet Union on February 24.

In March, a senior US Department of Defense official said that Russian troops in Ukraine had run out of high-precision ammunition.

Previously, Western intelligence also suspected Russian troops in Ukraine had lost their command. Some of the Russian troops in Ukraine are even said to be reluctant to carry out orders from the center to defect and destroy their own military vehicles.

Meanwhile, ahead of Russia’s Victory Day, there is speculation in the West and Moscow that President Vladimir Putin is preparing a special announcement regarding Ukraine.

Quoted Reuterssome believe that Putin is preparing a declaration of war to a national mobilization to be announced on Victory Day which falls today.

Putin is also rumored to be giving a speech in Red Square in front of the Vladimir Lenin Mausoleum, Moscow, during a massive military parade.

Russia will showcase a variety of defense equipment including troops, rocket tanks, to intercontinental ballistic missiles.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, various Russian warplanes ranging from the Tu-160 strategic bomber, supersonic jets, to the “doomsday” II-80 commando plane will show off flying over St. Cathedral. Basil tomorrow.
