She currently works as an entrepreneur, guest speaker and human rights activist. She is a co-founder of the NGO Professors Without Borders, which aims to enable academics to share their knowledge with students in critical areas, and is director of the consultancy Finding Butterflies Consulting, which develops strategies with social impact. For the United Nations, Antony is one of the advocates for young women and girls at UNAIDS, the department that focuses on HIV and AIDS.
In August, Antony was awarded the Freedom of the City of London in a virtual ceremony for her commitment to women and education. A recognition that Bill Clinton, Luciano Pavarotti and Captain Thomas “Tom” Moore already happened. Antony was the first from Luxembourg.
