For the first time on the market in 64 years, the iconic The Shuwarger House was sold in just three months for $ 6.45 million by Coldwell Banker® Global Luxury.

This exceptional neocolonial-style house, called The Shuwarger House, and located in the beautiful neighborhood of Little Holmby in Los Angeles, was owned in the 1940s by Ronald Reagan and Oscar-winning actress Jane Wyman who continued to live there after the The couple divorced in 1949.
