Romerikes Blad – The man who signed up for the police is not the “Hettemannen”

On Wednesday, police released several surveillance videos showing a man apparently wearing a blue shell jacket – with the hood pulled over his head – brown pants and dark shoes and gloves moving into areas near Sloraveien on October 31, 2018.

Police immediately received several tips about the unknown witness, and one man also suspected that it could be him on the video. The man reported to the police, but is now checked out.

It confirms the police in front of Roman Blade

“The person who contacted the police and wondered if it could be him was checked out during the day,” police lawyer Haris Hrenovica said in an email.

– Interested in contact

Thus, the police continue to hunt for the identity of the unknown witness. Police say they also received several tips on the man shown in the surveillance photos on Thursday.

– Work on receiving and processing tips is still ongoing, and the police are therefore interested in contacting anyone who may have information about who the man is, Hrenovica said.

The police attorney – who emphasizes that the person on the video has the status of a witness and that the police do not have information that links him to the case – states that it is the area in which the man is moving and the time he is being observed that makes him interesting.

This is the route of the unknown witness

  • The Lørenskog Ishall stretch – Langvannet area:

At 10.22, the man probably comes from the parking garage at Lørenskog Ishall, goes up a staircase that leads over the Metro Center and comes down the stairs at Festplassen between the Metro Center and Lørenskog House. The man then goes north and probably follows the footbridge over RV 159 towards Mailand school. He also passes the Auxiliary Warehouse on the south side of the building, and passes through City Hall Park in the direction of Andemateplassen / Elveveien.

This is the last video observation of the man on the trip to Langvannet.

  • The stretch area Langvannet – Lørenskog Ishall:

Police are also on video surveillance showing the man’s return to Lørenskog ice rink. 28 minutes after the last observation at Langvannet, the man is observed walking in a southbound direction on Festplassen between the Metro Center and Lørenskog House. He continues along the Metro Center and up towards the parking garage at Lørenskog Ishall, where he was first observed.

“Because we do not know who he is and because he is moving near or towards the central scene at a time of interest to the investigation, we want contact,” Hrenovica said Wednesday.

For a long time

Inside the police, they have worked for a long time to find out who is observed in the video images. Hrenovica confirmed Wednesday to Roman Blad that the unknown witness has been of police interest for almost a year.

– Initially in the investigation, the witness was described as not very interesting. But after a comprehensive review of all the video material, where fragments from various surveillance cameras were put together, the police could see where he had moved. Then he became interesting to the police.

– When was he?

– In the summer or autumn last year, Hrenovica informed RB on Wednesday afternoon.

Anne-Elisabeth Hagen has now been missing from her home in Sloraveien 4 for about 20 months. Her husband, the businessman Tom Hagen, was arrested April 28 and charged with murder or complicity in the murder. The garden refuses criminal charges.

Another man, a 32-year-old Roman king, is also charged in the case. He is charged with contributing to serious deprivation of liberty. He also refuses to have anything to do with the matter.
