The Sports Judge, having read the documents relating to the Soc. Hellas Verona and Soc. Roma match and considering that the Roma company has employed a player not registered in the “List of 25” communicated by certified email on 14 September 2020 at 12.14, despite had become an “over 22”, thus in violation of the prohibition of use referred to in point 8 of the FIGCN Official Notice 83 / A of 20 November 2014 as subsequently amended with FIGC Official Notice no. 76 of 21 June 2018;
considered, therefore, to have to apply the sanction for the loss of the match provided for in point 9 of said FIGCN Official Notice 83 / A;
